About Rev. Dwight Fletcher

Reverend Dwight Fletcher, J.P. is the Senior Pastor of Transformed Life Church – a vibrant and fast-growing, non-denominational congregation in Kingston, Jamaica, which he founded in 2012 with his wife, Reverend Joan Fletcher, J.P.

His first mission in life is to help persons experience a dynamic and transformative relationship with God. To that end, this visionary entrepreneur employs innovative and creative solutions to guide the church in sharing God’s love with everyone everywhere and ignites them to become world changers. Pastor Dwight has also implemented transformational leadership programmes and sessions to identify, train and strengthen leaders in both churches and corporations.

Pastor Dwight believes that the whole Gospel is applicable to every area of life and has been involved in full-time church ministry for over twenty years, preaching, teaching, and equipping the body of Christ, both locally and internationally.

He and his wife authored the book, The First Steps in Your New Life to guide new believers on this exciting journey of faith. And, they have recently published their latest book, God Please Talk To Me, written in collaboration with Pastors Jean-Claude & Marsha Davidson. In addition, for the past 6 years, Pastor Dwight has contributed to a weekly faith-based article to Jamaica’s leading periodical, The Sunday Gleaner.

In his spare time, Pastor Dwight enjoys a good game of dominoes and watching mixed martial arts. He has been married to his lovely wife for over 25 years and they have 3 beautiful children – one son and two daughters.

About Rev. Joan Fletcher

Reverend Joan Fletcher, J.P. is Co-Founder and Spiritual Development Pastor of Transformed Life Church (TLC), a fast-growing non-denominational congregation in the heart of Kingston.

Pastor Joan has been called to lead from early in her life and has engaged in leadership-building for most of her professional and spiritual life, impacting the nation’s government, corporate and church community with this gift for over twenty years.

An attorney-at-law by profession, she has served Jamaica for many years at a senior level. Pastor Joan is a woman of great discernment and wisdom who is passionate about the work of the Holy Spirit. Her love for people and passion to see them experience their best lives, is a constant motivation for every interaction. She is a conference presenter, preacher and prophet and loves to teach disciples of all spiritual ages.

Since co-founding TLC with her husband and Senior Pastor, Rev. Dwight Fletcher, Pastor Joan has been instrumental in establishing a thriving youth ministry and in

training a strong leadership cohort for worship, prophecy and healing ministries. As certified Healing Ministers, Pastors Dwight and Joan have ministered and trained others in deliverance, physical and emotional healing and pastoral counselling. Together they have led the increasingly popular ‘TLC Encounter Retreat’ bringing deliverance and emotional healing to many.

A wife of over twenty-seven years and mother of three, Pastor Joan holds a wealth of wisdom and experience about relationships. She is very practical, with a heart for helping women better understand their role in marriage. She enjoys gardening, cooking and creating a nurturing home environment for her family.

About Apostle Dr. Roan Paul Earle

Apostle Dr. Roan Paul Earle was born and raised in Jamaica. Roan attended Campion College and attended CAST (now Utech) and completed his Business Administration Diploma with honours in Marketing, then went on to UWI, where he graduated with honours in BSc. in Management – Finance. However, the two most significant experiences in his life while he was growing up in the Lord at Swallowfield Chapel. In 1985, he met Charmaine Keane who would later become his wife. She is his partner and his prize. His first and forever love. And then in 1986, at an Easter Camp, he experienced the grace of God and committed his life to follow Christ as a disciple.

In 1995, Roan said yes to the call to full-time vocational Christian ministry and began his journey as the Director of Evangelism and Discipleship at Swallowfield Chapel. During those years, God allowed him to serve in launching major evangelistic events in Kingston and igniting a church planting movement in Tanzania, Africa. With his background in new product development, marketing and distribution management, God applied those skills in mission of the Gospel.

Christmas of 1988, Roan, Charmaine and their two children moved to Pasadena, California. Roan studied at Fuller Seminary’s school of World Missions where he completed his Masters’ and then Doctorate in Intercultural Studies. Charmaine completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Southern California. Together, they served a multi-ethnic church in Cerritos, CA, where 22 nationalities were represented in the church and Roan’s sermons were translated live into Mandarin, and Spanish each week. It was during this time, that his middle name, “Paul” became prominent as the calling of multicultural ministry and church planting became the thrust of his life.

In 2003, The Earle’s moved to Victorville, CA with now 4 children. Dr. Charmaine has become one of the leading primary care physicians in the High Desert and ministers as the worship pastor at Life Church, Victorville. Paul and Charmaine are the founders and have led the ‘Life Church’ from a small group of 22 people in garage to a thriving church in its own facility and outreaches in our city and around the world. Now, Apostle Paul handed over the senior pastorship to Pastor Che Cowan on January 9th, 2022. Over the years, Apostle Paul served church planters in Tanzania, Honduras, El Salvador, Grenada, Jamaica, Malawi, New York, California, and recently South Dakota.

Presently, Apostle Paul serves on the oversight of Life Church and also as a director in Destiny International Ministerial Alliance. He serves with Bishop Jesse Giddens in helping and supporting pastors in ministry in the United States, Grand Bahamas and Kenya. Drs Paul & Charmaine’s heart’s desire is to relationally strengthen church planters and ministers as they have experienced the journey of frontline ministry for over 25 years.

About Rev. Che Cowan

Pastor Ché Cowan is a captivating and motivational speaker, dedicated to delivering a message of spiritual growth and maturity to the body of Christ. With his unique blend of humour, thought-provoking insights, and ability to make the complexed simple, he presents life-changing teaching that demands a response.

As the Senior Pastor of Life Church, a thriving, multi-ethnic, multi-generational congregation located in Victorville, California, Pastor Ché leads a dynamic community of believers who are focused on reaching those far from God and inspiring them to follow Jesus.

Previously, Pastor Ché served as a Teaching Pastor and an Executive Pastor at Word of Truth Family Church, in Arlington, Texas for an impressive 14 years. In this role he provided visionary leadership across various ministries including Small Groups, Assimilation, Guest Experience, Discipleship, Worship Experience, leaving an indelible mark on the church’s growth. 

In 2002, Pastor Ché and his wife Samantha were commissioned by Apostle David Keane to launch a daughter church of Church on the Rock in the vibrant tourism centre of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Under their leadership, the church thrived until 2009 when the Lord called him to migrate to Texas.

A graduate of Caribbean Christ For the Nations in Montego Bay, Jamaica and Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada, Pastor Che holds a Diploma in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology, and extensive Master’s Level training in Servant Leadership.

Pastor Ché’s balanced, practical, and intriguing approach to the Word of God resonates with people of all backgrounds, inspiring life change wherever he goes. Pastor Ché and Samantha are celebrating 26 years of marriage and are proud parents of three children: Amanda, Joshua and Cyanne.

About Rev. Dr. Conway Edwards

Rev. Dr. Conway Edwards is the founding and senior pastor of One Community Church, a church that includes six campuses across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Boca Raton, Florida, as well as a global campus.  With God’s grace, One Community Church has grown from a body of 10 to 10,000 attending weekend services in fifteen years. 

Dr. Conway’s passion for leadership development, to fight for marriages, and the conviction to advocate for singles to live the preferred life, without apology, has led him to author 10 books including 20/80 Rule: Making the Shift to a Volunteer Driven Culture, Fantastic Teams, Watch the Flags, Fence Post Leadership, Perfect Love for an Imperfect Marriage, When Love’s in View, and Undercover Woman, co-authored with his wife, Jada Edwards.

In his dedication to leadership effectiveness and development, Dr. Conway hosts a monthly podcast, The Leadership Roundtable, and leads the Climb Coaching Network, an organization committed to providing pastors and church leaders with proven systems and solutions to their unique challenges. All the while, personally advising pastors as they navigate church leadership. Dr. Conway also has the honour of having a seat on the Board of Directors for Right Now Media.
