Church leaders must be equipped with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as well as innovative and effective ways to respond and serve the changing needs of our community. We must be prepared, like the Apostle Paul, to reach all people for Christ.
Accelerate Church Leaders Network focuses on equipping Pastors and Leaders in practical areas that are not covered in seminary to help them make the changes needed to keep their churches growing in both numbers and maturity.
This is done primarily through an annual 2-day conference where Pastors and Leaders meet to learn, share, and experience innovative techniques to aid in church management. Accelerate also hosts quarterly webinars to reinforce strategy teachings, and offers an exclusive coaching programme for pastors.

I have found the Accelerate conference to be a welcome support to the Church with a niche focus on confronting disablers of Church effectiveness. It encourages us to see layered systems in doing Church and has moved me to look closely at the moving parts in the eco-system of our operations to identify and address disablers. The good thing is that the diversity of local and international practices you hear, are good examples of what you can do in your church. The principles will help you to decide what you need to do in your unique church environment and how to employ them.
